Google Calendar privacy notice
This notice explains the Google Calendar integration in Agrasis. Connecting Calendar is optional. You can manage your Agrasis schedule without connecting Google.
Data accessed and stored
Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. When you separately connect Calendar, Agrasis requests permission to read and edit events. The integration synchronizes your primary calendar and stores event titles, descriptions, locations, dates, time zones, Google event identifiers, and synchronization metadata in the Agrasis database. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
How Calendar data is used
Calendar data is used to display your agenda and synchronize event creation, changes, and deletions between Agrasis and Google. Agrasis runs on Vercel and stores application data in Neon Postgres. These services process the data needed to host the integration. The Calendar integration does not send event data to AI models, advertising services, or data brokers.
Agrasis uses information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your controls and retention
Use “Jeda sinkronisasi” on the schedule page to pause automatic synchronization. Pausing retains saved events and credentials. You can revoke Agrasis access at any time in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized Google access; it does not delete copies already stored in Agrasis. Deleting an event in Agrasis while sync is active also deletes the corresponding Google event. Contact Agrasis support to request removal of stored integration data and credentials.
